What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. If you are a customer, personal data processed inside the CloudPeek platform is governed by the agreement and data processing terms we sign with you, not by this policy.
Information we collect
When you complete the demo form we collect your first name, last name, work email address and company name. When you email us, we keep that correspondence. Our hosting and analytics record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, arrange a demo and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical information to keep the site running, secure and useful. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have made and maintaining our own website. Where the law requires consent, for example for non essential cookies, we ask for it.
Who we share it with
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship system and Framer to host this website. Both process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards so a conversation can be picked up where it left off. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Where your information is held
Our customer relationship system is hosted in the European Union. Where information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to ollie@cloudpeek.io and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
